NoteWorthy Encounters - new this season!
“Ernie Green could explain quantum physics to hamsters.”
(The Capital, March 18, 2009)
Yeah - so who better to take you on an intimate musical journey into some of
the best-known choral pieces around? You know them, you've heard them - but
do you know why you can't get them out of your head?
The **new** NoteWorthy Encounters series is much more than a traditional concert experience. With Mr. Green as your guide, you'll venture into the music in an innovative and exciting way guaranteed to make sure you won't ever hear it the same way again. Smaller venues (with seating for about 100 people only), a piano and a
chamber chorus pare down the sound to reveal new aspects of large scale works so you hear them
with fresh ears. You'll be alongside the singers and musicians as each piece reveals itself in ways you've never imagined.
Find out just what makes music special, compelling and unforgettable!
